Meet Molly, an incredibly brave dog who’s been through a lot in the past couple of months.

At nine years old, Molly arrived at animal welfare charity Mayhew after her owner sadly passed away.
When an animal arrives at Mayhew, they always have an initial check up with one of the clinic team members as part of the ongoing care they receive.
The team found a couple of lumps on Molly that needed further assessment.
Fortunately, Molly has been able to receive the veterinary care she needs and has a bright future ahead of her.
Now she’s finished her treatment, her friends at Mayhew are hoping to find her the loving home she deserves.
She’s described as a 'friendly' girl who loves to be in the company of people.
Molly is very playful and absolutely loves her toys.
She is happy to meet and greet other dogs while out on walks but does prefer a more independent stroll.
She would also prefer to be the only pet in the home.
After all the change she’s experienced in her life recently, Molly is hoping to find a home where she can settle her paws and cuddle up on the sofa after a day of fun.

Big Simba, or hunky, chunky boy as his friends like to call him, is a handsome gentleman looking for a home to make his own.

As you might have noticed from the name, Big Simba is on the larger side, but he just likes to think that means there’s even more to love.
He is currently on a special diet that potential adopters will need to adhere to.
Big Simba is a big fan of head bumps and cheek rubs and has a playful and inquisitive side.
His foster carer shared: “Simba, despite his size, really has energetic, playful times each day, whether it’s playing with his humans or by himself.
“It’s adorable to hear this little furry horse galloping up and down the hallway.
"He will investigate little flies or spiders, and any reflections caused by the sun.
"He likes to say hello when anyone comes in the front door and enjoys spending time with the humans (sitting next to us on the sofa) but equally likes his alone time for a nap in another room.”
Simba currently requires a special urinary diet as he has had a blockage in the past that needed surgery. He had one other flare up several months later that just needed some additional medication and has had no other issues in the last six months.
Big Simba would like to be the only pet in the home and will need access to a garden.
If you’re looking for a big type of love in your life, then Big Simba just might be your guy.
