As we head into 2024, many Londoners may be on the hunt for new activities, attractions and exhibitions to try.

So, we have compiled a list of four fun things to do this year if you are looking to try something new and exciting.

Bubble Planet Experience

This is a relatively new experience in London having opened at the end of 2023.

It is based near Wembley and it suitable for all ages.

Reviewers described it as “beautiful” and “Instagrammable”.

At Bubble Planet, visitors can go through multiple rooms with different themes such as an infinity room, a cloud room and a VR room.

It takes around 60 – 90 minutes to complete the experience, but there is no time limit if guests want to spend longer exploring.

Token Studio London – pottery workshop

As we head into 2024, some people may be embarking upon dry January, or looking for a drier year in general.

Heading to a pottery class is a great way to do something fun and social without the booze.

Or, if you aren’t giving dry January a go, Token Studio London offers BYOB (bring your own booze) art classes.

Token Studio in Bermondsey offers pottery workshops, craft classes and even takes party bookings.

The studio also runs lots of fun events for people to try such as BYOB lipstick making workshop or BYOB ultimate pottery workshops.

Delight Media Art Exhibition

Delight is a media art exhibition that provides a creative interpretation of urban life for those who visit to experience.

It uses art, lighting, visuals, sound and other forms of media to bring the exhibition to life.

Visitors can step inside the art projections and interact with them, becoming part of the artwork, trying to find a place where tradition and technology unite.

Delight can be found at Borough Yards in south London.

Tate Modern Lates

Heading to the Tate Modern is a great way to enjoy a day out in London without breaking the bank.

However, if you are looking to enjoy art and fill your Friday night then Tate Modern Lates is the event for you.

This year, on the last Friday of each month Tate Modern Lates will offer after-hours access to the gallery and UNIQLO Tate Play will offer a consistently changing programme of playful art-inspired activities for families of all ages.
