Plans to turn a minicab office and a garage into homes and fit 210 solar panels on a school roof are among those submitted.

The applications have all been submitted to Camden Council over the past seven days in the Ham & High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

Three separate plans for rear extensions to properties have been submitted to the council.

These are in - Arlington Road (2023/4756/L), Upper Park Lodge (2023/3672/P), Westbere Road (2023/4538/P).

Two different applicants have also asked for permission to convert two flats into a single home.

These plans are for properties in Steele's Road (2023/4349/P) and Gayton Road (2023/4530/P)

Meanwhile, one retrospective application (2023/4698/P) seeks permission for a pergola in the garden of a property in Belsize Avenue.

In Cressy Road (2023/3293/P), a loft conversion could be built at one home, along with a rear dormer extension.

One apartment in Rosecroft Avenue could be turned into a duplex flat if the council approves the proposed changes (2023/4350/P).

At Parliament Hill School, there are plans to install 210 solar PV panels on the flat roof of the southern teaching block (2023/4176/P).

In Swain's Lane (2023/4693/P) one applicant wishes to convert a garage into liveable accommodation, complete with a new entrance door.

A property in Highgate Road could have a roof extension according to one of the plans submitted (2023/3274/P).

A glazed roof extension, the enclosure of two existing balconies and the building of a third at seventh floor level are all planned for a penthouse in Prince Albert Road (2023/2589/P).

Reel Time amusement arcade in Euston Road has asked for permission to be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week (2023/4956/P).

The venue is currently allowed to operate between 8am and 2am every day.

One applicant has asked to build an outbuilding at a property in Agar Grove (2023/4611/P).

Finally, a one bedroom house could be created at Bee Gee Cars, a mini cab office in Castlehaven Road (2023/4546/P).

The plans would require an upward extension of the existing building.
