A man was found dead near the junction of a busy road.
Police cordoned off a section of Hodford Road and Rodborough Road, next to the junction of Golders Green Road, after a member of the public found a body on Monday (November 6) at 8.30am.
Emergency services attended and the man was confirmed dead at the scene.
He has now been identified and his next of kin have been informed.
The Metropolitan Police say that this time, the death is being treated as unexpected and unexplained.
Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
