Plans to create new homes above a KFC are among those submitted over the last week.

The applications have all been submitted to Camden Council between October 9 and October 15 in the Ham & High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

In Belsize Park, there are plans to build a roof extension to a home in Belsize Park Mews (2023/3492/P).

An application has also been submitted to build a single storey rear extension to a flat in Primrose Gardens (2023/3843/P).

There are plans for the site of a former council-maintained block of flats at 31 Daleham Gardens which was destroyed by fire in 2017 (2023/4241/P).

A six-storey building containing 14 flats has been proposed to replace the original four-storey block.

For the purposes of consultation, the applicant has suggested that the development contains five one-bedroom flats, four two-bedroom flats and five three-bedroom flats.

In Camden High Street, there are plans to build a part one- and part-two storey rear extension to create two or three homes above KFC (2023/3637/P).

An application has been submitted in Mill Lane, West Hampstead, to build a single-storey roof extension and single-storey lower ground floor rear extension to an existing home (2023/3587/P).

At the end of an existing terrace in Lamble Street, Gospel Oak, one applicant has asked for permission to build a three storey house (2023/3311/P).

Over in Constantine Road, there are plans to build a side rear infill extension and two rear dormers to the main roof (2023/3313/P).

Another extension is planned for the side of the ground floor of a home in Kiln Place (2023/3441/P).

In Hampstead, there are also plans for an extension to a building in Spencer Walk (2023/3535/P).

One applicant as asked for permission to turn offices and medical consultancy rooms at Summit House in Highgate West Hill into a single home (2023/3564/P).

There are plans to add an additional floor to a three-storey home in Briary Close, Primrose Hill (2023/3946/P).

In South Hampstead, there are plans for two extensions to homes – one in Goldhurst Terrace (2023/3694/P) and one in Aberdare Gardens (2023/3841/P).
