A man was taken to hospital with a head injury after being attacked outside a station.
Police briefly taped off a section of West End Lane, near to West Hampstead station today (October 11) at 6.17pm following reports of an assault.
Officers found a man, 18, with a head injury. He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
The area near the station entrance was blocked off by police, but by around 7.30pm the Ham&High saw there was no longer a cordon in place.
There have been no arrests.
