Plans for a new car park, the remodelling of a former bakery shopfrint and a batch of home extensions are due to be decided by Camden Council.

The applications were all in the Ham & High readership area and received by the council between September 18 and September 24.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

Electricity distributor UK Power Networks has asked to build new parking spaces and storage areas at their site in Pratt Street, Camden (2023/3212/P).

The car park would be built at the site of buildings already earmarked for demolition.

A jet washing area and a replacement fence along the eastern boundary of the site will also be installed under the plans.

In Belsize Park, there are two separate applications for extensions.

One set of plans asks to build a single-storey front extension, a three-storey side extension and a ground-floor rear extension to a house in Belsize Lane (2023/3617/P).

There is also another proposal for a single-storey rear extension at a flat in Belsize Avenue (2023/3754/P).

Over in Hampstead, a raft of changes have been proposed for a house in Ferncroft Avenue (2023/3083/P).

These include a two storey rear extension to the property, with both floors adding a terrace, a new garden store and a new bin and bike store.

Also in Hampstead, plans have been submitted for a loft conversion with a side and rear dormer, including rear balcony, at a property in Rosslyn Hill (2023/2673/P).

In Kentish Town, proposals have been submitted to replace the shopfront of a former bakery and move the shop door to the centre of the property (2023/3253/P).

In Primrose Hill, there are plans to demolish an existing rear projection and replace it with a two-storey rear extension at a listed home in Rothwell Street (2023/3965/L).

The same applicant has also asked to remodel some of the home's internal spaces, including reinstating historic features.

Also in the area, there are proposals to remove an existing roof extension and replace it with a new roof extension at a flat in Regent's Park Road (2023/3259/P).
