Plans for a five-storey block of flats, an events screen to show live sport and films and a new bubble tea cafe are among those submitted over the past week.
The applications were all in the Ham & High readership area and received by Camden Council between September 11 and September 17.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In Belsize Park, there are plans for a loft extension, including a new terrace area at a house in Belsize Mews (2023/3257/P).
Over in Hampstead, one homeowner has applied for a lower ground floor extension in Oakhill Avenue (2023/3082/P).
Two separate planning applicants have been submitted for mansard roof extensions in Kentish Town.
One is for a home in Torriano Avenue (2023/3603/P) and the other, which also asks permission for a first floor rear extension, is in Castlehaven Road (2023/3379/P).
In Primrose Hill there are plans for a first floor extension at a property in Quickswood (2023/3693/P).
Regent's Place has asked to replace existing signposts with eight digital screens, as well as to install an events screen to show live sport and films (2023/0907/P).
A large development to build a five storey block of 11 flats has been proposed near Camden Town (2023/3824/P).
The block of flats would be built in the car park next to Harrington Square, close to Mornington Crescent station.
Current proposals suggest there would be six three-bedroom flats, three two-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom flats in the development.
In South Hampstead there are plans to merge two flats into a single home at a property in Greencroft Gardens ( 2023/2781/P).
Another proposal in the area seeks to extend an existing basement and create a terrace in Compayne Gardens (2023/3067/P).
And in Eversholt Street near Euston station, plans to open an office, art studio and cafe have been submitted (2023/2959/P).
The application asks to change the use of the current spaces to provide office space for a sustainability company, studio space for music teaching lessons and a cafe selling bubble tea.
