Patients have had their say on the service they are provided by their GP in a thorough annual assessment.
The NHS GP Patient Survey 2023 asked patients for their opinions on 40 GP practices across the Ham&High patch, measuring their experiences on a range of topics including the ease of making appointments, waiting times, the quality of care given, practice opening times and out-of-hours services.
Looking at the results from 'overall satisfaction' from surgeries across parts of Camden, Barnet, Haringey and Westminster showed no real strength in any particular area.
Highest came Adler JS, in Finchley Road, Golders Green, with an overall satisfaction score of 95.32%.
Doctors Joseph Adler & Frazer Rosenberg received scores in the 90s for ease of getting through on the phone (92.5%), helpful receptionists (97.6%) and confidence in their healthcare professional (99%).
The only thing bringing their score down was how often they saw or spoke to their preferred GP (52.9%) but 91% were satisfied with their appointment times.
Lowest was East Finchley Medical Centre, with an overall satisfaction score of 49.8%.
The surgery on Baronsmere Road scored highly for helpful receptionists (75.6%) and its lowest score, 24.8%, for how often patients saw or spoke to their preferred GP.
Ease of getting thorough on the phone was 32% but a huge 92% of loyal customers said they were confident with their health care provider following their last visit (92.3%) so not terrible at all.
