NORTH LONDON commuters feeling hot under the collar this summer have cooler journeys than some, according to a map revealing the Underground's worst hotspots.

Produced by Transport for London (TfL), the map covers most of the Tube network in Zones 1 and 2, identifying some stations as stuffier than others. But among those considered a breath of fresh air, at a relatively cool 26 degrees celsius, are Swiss Cottage, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park and Archway.

Passengers travelling through Hampstead, Chalk Farm and Belsize Park have a more uncomfortable journey at around 29 degrees.
