Theo Walcott is the only Arsenal player to make England's provisional 30-man squad for next month's World Cup.
The Gunner was named in Fabio Capello's initial selection on Tuesday afternoon. The squad will travel to Austria on Monday for a training camp before being wittled down to 23 following a friendly with Japan in Graz on May 30.
Walcott should make the final cut: according to the England manager's own 'Capello Index', which was controversially revealed this week, the 21-year-old has the highest score of any England attacking player with 60.49 points.
There was only one Arsenal player in England's victorious 1966 World Cup-winning squad - George Eastham, who failed to make an appearance - while no Gunners were involved in England's best ever showing overseas, a third place finish in Italia '90.
