A woman was flown to a specialist burns hospital, after a car caught fire in a Marylebone car park last night.
Firefighters were called to a blaze at an underground residential car park on Marylebone Road at 4.10pm.
The woman was taken to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex by air ambulance.
The road was closed and 150 residents were evacuated from nearby buildings.
Six fire engines and 30 firefighters attended, and the fire was under control by 6.50pm.
