DETECTIVES have reopened a murder file in Hampstead following the conviction of bus stop killer Levi Bellfield this week.
Bellfield was handed a life sentence on Tuesday for the murder Amelie Delagrange, 22, and Marsha McDonnell, 19, as well as the attempted murder of Kate Sheedy, 18.
Police have now decided to review other unsolved murder cases, including that of Judith Gold in Hampstead in 1990. The widow - who may have also gone under the name Judith Silver - was discovered in Old Brewery Mews just off Hampstead High Street on October 20 of that year, with blows to her head.
