Arsenal Ladies manager Vic Akers paid tribute to his side after they clinched their 10th league title. The Gunners beat Chelsea 4-1 last Thursday at The Emirates in front of a crowd of more than 5,000 to seal the championship.
Akers, in his 22nd year as boss, said: "Another League title and we are really pleased with that. It is a fantastic record."
They celebrated their title with another win on Sunday - hammering Blackburn 5-1 at Boreham Wood FC.
