Arsenal youngsters continued to impress while wearing the Three Lions for England’s age-group teams during the international break.
Bukayo Saka needed just three minutes to make his mark on his under-19 debut last Wednesday, helping England to a 4-0 win over Moldova.
Saka came off the substitutes’ bench to replace Wolves’ Morgan Gibbs-White and converted a through ball from Stephen Walker to claim England’s third goal of the night.
Meanwhile, team-mate Emile Smith Rowe had started the match and played 70 minutes before being replaced.
Tyreece John-Jules was another goalscoring substitute, netting twice as the under-18s beat their Republic of Ireland rivals on Saturday.
The 17-year-old was sent into the fray with 15 minutes remaining and the Irish leading through Adam Ipah’s 48th-minute goal and levelled with a cool finish, before putting England ahead just three minutes later.
John-Jules was then joined on the scoresheet by another young Gunner, as Folarin Balogun sealed England’s 3-1 triumph in stoppage time.
Smith Rowe and Saka helped the under-19s beat Iceland to make it two wins from two in their European Championship qualifying group.
Steven Sessegnon put England ahead on 13 minutes in Armenia, but Iceland were back on level terms before half time.
Middlesbrough’s Stephen Walker pounced when Smith Rowe’s shot was saved to restore England’s lead and struck again to seal a 3-1 victory.
Monday saw Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah in the starting line-up for the under-20s as they met Germany at Colchester’s Weston Homes Community Stadium.
And Willock produced a clinical finish on 66 minutes to break the deadlock, beating a defender and firing home, before Nketiah set up Lucas Nmecha to seal a 2-0 win three minutes later.
John-Jules was on target again for the under-18s as they beat Belgium to win the Spain tournament.
That made it four goals in three games for the young striker, after he had also netted in a 2-2 draw with the Netherlands last Thursday and was joined in the squad by Vontae Daley-Campbell, Balogun and goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo.
Finally, Reiss Nelson won his third under-21 cap on Tuesday and picked up an assist on a Dominic Calvert-Lewin goal in a 5-1 friendly win over Denmark.
