A 20,000 reward has been offered by police in a bid to catch the killer of a teenager murdered in Camden Town.
Seventeen-year-old Sharmaarke Hassan (right) was shot in the head in Gilbey's Yard on Saturday May 24 last year. So far police have been unable to trace those responsible but are hoping a 20,000 reward will give their investigation a boost.
Det Insp David Rock said: "Sharmaarke's family are still grieving for him, they have many unanswered questions. The existence of a reward may encourage fresh witnesses to come forward. If they do so, they can be guaranteed complete confidentiality from myself and colleagues on Operation Trident."
