A BUS that crashed into a parade of shops in Westbourne Grove has left ten people injured.

The double-decker bus careered off the road hitting a van before smashing into Lacy Gallery and estate agents Bective Leslie Marsh at around 11am on Monday.

The two drivers of the vehicles and the eight bus passengers were treated for minor injuries at St Mary's and Charing Cross hospitals.

A police spokesman confirmed the roads around the area were closed after the accident but said there were no arrests.

He said: "Police were called at 1059 to reports of a bus in collision with a van and with a shop at Westbourne Grove junction with Ledbury Road.

"Local officers and London Ambulance Service attended and 10 people were reported with minor injuries.

"The cause of the collision will be investigated.
