CASH MACHINE raiders have escaped with more than £10,000 from a newsagent in Crouch End.

The thieves struck at Priory News in Priory Road, between 11.40pm on Saturday (February 21) and 12.20am on Sunday (February 22).

It is believed that the thieves forced their way into the shop through a vent and forced open the ATM cash machine.
