A £1.8million lottery prize has been claimed nearly five months after the winning ticket was bought in Barnet.

National Lottery bosses have announced that the £1,804,955 prize from the Lotto draw on January 28 has finally been claimed by the winner.

A National Lottery spokesman said the organisation could not reveal where in Barnet the winning ticket was bought as the winner wished to remain anonymous.
