RING-RUSTY Chesham lost 17-10 to Thatcham as they returned to Berks Bucks and Oxon League action after a weather-enforced break.
Thatcham's superior fitness was the difference between the sides and they fought back to win after Stags scored first.
Elsewhere, Beaconsfield's Southern Counties League clash at Swindon was postponed because of the bad weather.
