Fancy having the Brown family as your neighbours? A one bedroom apartment is on the market with Knight Frank on colourful Chalcot Crecent in Primrose Hill, otherwise known as Windsor Gardens, home to Paddington Bear.

Although the Browns are said to live in Notting Hill, the real location of the Brown residence is actually 30 Chalcot Crescent, NW1. On the very same street, this one bedroom apartment is on the market for rent at £495 per week and boasts period features such as high ceilings and an elegant balcony.

Close to Chalk Farm Tube station, the home comes furnished or unfurnished and has been brought up to date with a modern bathroom and fitted open plan kitchen and reception room with large sash windows. The first floor pad would be the perfect place to snuggle down with a winter brew to watch Paddington 2, which will be released on 10 November.

The film follows the cuddly Peruvian bear, played by Ben Whishaw, as he and the Brown family attempt to recover Aunt Lucy’s stolen 100th birthday present. The trailer shows Paddington struggling with a spot of window cleaning outside the Chalcot Crescent home as part of his fundraising efforts.
