An appeal from developer Athlone House Limited will be heard on October 20 against the Planning Inspectorate’s decision in June to reject plans to rebuild the Victorian former hospital off Hampstead Lane, Highgate, as an eight-bedroom family palace.

The Highgate Society is encouraging the public to attend to support its fight to save the house.
