For seven consecutive Fridays in July and August, the KERB street-food market will run into the evening with DJ sets, flowing drinks and beautiful food as part of Camden Lates.

KERB features a clutch of London’s most popular street-food stalls. All 34 of its traders have secured an extended curfew to allow them to take part in the fun, which gets underway on July 20 and runs every Friday afterwards until August 31.

Highlights among the line-up include jerk-chicken from Only Jerkin, halloumi fries by Oli Baba’s and vegan tacos courtesy of Club Mexicana.

There are also Taiwanese steamed buns by Bian Dang and handmade wood-fire pizzas from Kolkati, forming a delicious range of street-food treats that celebrates London’s fabulously diverse food circuit. Vendors will be plating up their signature dishes between 6pm and 10pm each Friday.

Guests will be able to revel in the atmosphere of Camden Market by night, with live DJ sets from the likes of Norman Jay and Jazzie B to dance around to as the sun goes down on NW1.

Each Friday sees a different DJ take the spotlight, with Dig It Sound System getting the festivities underway on July 20, and Mi-Soul Radio wrapping things up at the end of August.

Entry to each instalment of Camden Lates is free, with the market’s two bars – KERB Bar and KERB Counter – whipping up cocktails and a selection of chilled local beers.

The ethos of KERB has always been to gather up a selection of brilliant traders since the business was founded by Petra Barran in 2012.

Vowing to “bring together some of the most exciting cooking happening in London right now”, KERB has since expanded to run six markets across London, with sister sites in King’s Cross, Paddington and the Gherkin among others.
