Youngsters and local pensioners danced the afternoon away at a Valentine’s Day tea dance at a Camden school.

Sixth-formers aged between 16 and 18 waltzed with seniors to live music at an annual party at Haverstock School in Chalk Farm.

Dressed all in blue, 83-year-old Anita Lancet partnered with Jordan Peterson, 18, for a romantic dance.

The party was the seventh in the school’s history and is always one of the most popular events in its calendar.
