As Official Performance Partner to England Rugby, Mitsubishi Motors’ new offering will provide clubs across the country with new kit and playing equipment to help drive performance at all levels of the game.

Mitsubishi Motors on Thursday announced details of its Kit 4 Clubs scheme in England.

The initiative will allow rugby clubs across England to earn new playing kit and training equipment when club members bring their old vehicle in for an appraisal and take a test drive in any new Mitsubishi, including the petrol-hybrid Outlander PHEV, the brand new Eclipse Cross SUV or multi award winning L200 pick-up at their local Mitsubishi Motors dealer.

Produced by England Rugby partners Canterbury and Gilbert, the kit available for clubs includes essential items such as playing jerseys, training tops, rain jackets, practice bibs, balls, contact wedges and more.

England Rugby head coach and Mitsubishi brand ambassador Eddie Jones said: “This country has fantastic clubs from the grassroots through to the very elite and having access to quality kit and equipment is an important element in the growth and development of the game.

“The new Mitsubishi Motors Kit 4 Clubs offering will support clubs with their goal of driving performance and improving the game in the community.”

The Kit 4 Clubs initiative further strengthens Mitsubishi Motors’ commitment to England Rugby, which encompasses all aspects of the game, from the performance at elite levels, to supporting volunteers at grassroots through the Mitsubishi Motors dealer network.

Lance Bradley, MD of Mitsubishi Motors said: “We are incredibly proud of our commitment to supporting grassroots rugby across England.

“By providing clubs around the country with much needed playing kit and equipment we believe we can continue to support the growth of England Rugby.”
