Paddington Sports Club in Maida Vale are inviting members of the public to visit this weekend and try the facilities for free.

The club – which is located on Castellain Road, just off Elgin Avenue – will be hosting fun activities between 10m and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, where prospective members can try their hand at tennis, squash and bowls.

There will also be dance and fitness taster sessions, while guests can try the gym facilities.

Manager Daniel Enaholo said: “With the arrival of autumn, people will be looking for new ways to get fit over the winter months and we hope to attract a whole range of new members looking to meet new people and get fit while having fun.”
