QPR boss claims Liverpool ace is moving to West Ham

QPR manager Harry Redknapp has given up hope of signing Joe Cole, who appears to be West Ham bound.
The Liverpool midfielder has struggled to be a regular at Anfield and it appears that he will return to his boyhood club.
“I lost Joe who would have been my first signing,” Redknapp said.
“He probably looked here and thought ‘Harry I love you but you’re not going to stay up’.
“I like Joe and he would have been good for me.
“He’s West Ham and they love him there. I thought he was coming for sure but West Ham came in today.”
