New Hendon boss Gray makes first four signings

Howard Hall, Lee Chappell, Sam Doolan and Dylan Kearney have all joined the Greens

New Hendon boss James Gray has wasted little time in bolstering his squad ahead of the new Evo-Stik South Premier South campaign by making his first four signings.

Gray has added Howard Hall, Lee Chappell, Sam Doolan and Dylan Kearney to his squad ahead of the new term.

Right back Hall is well known to Greens fans, having spent the 2012-13 season with Hendon, making 42 appearances and three goals.

Hall then left to join St Albans City, where he played under Gray, and arrives at Silver Jubilee Park from divisional rivals Harrow Borough, where he spent last season.

Experienced left-back Chappell, meanwhile, is another to have played under Gray at St Albans has moved to the Greens from Royston Town.

Doolan, a 23-year-old defender, arrives from Colney Heath, while forward Dylan Kearney spent time with both Wealdstone and Uxbridge last term.

All four will hope to play a big part for Hendon in the league next term
