Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez has admitted that it is unlikely that Yossi Benayoun will be in his 25-man squad.

The ex-West Ham and Liverpool man is back at the Bridge after a spell out on loan at the Hammers.

“He is back now,” said Benitez. “He’s injured and he’s working with the physios. We will see what happens.

“The question is is that we have six players in these positions. Yossi is a very good player, no doubt about this, but again I would say we have six players in these positions. We have to manage the situation.”
