AFC Wimbledon have received a boost ahead of their trip to Rochdale tomorrow as Will Antwi and Jim Fenlon are both ready for action again.
Mat Mitchel-King, Pim Balkestein and Warren Cummings have all been in good form in recent weeks but Byron Harrison and Sammy Moore will miss the game with Rochdale.
“It will be nice to have selection dilemmas based on good performances, rather than just picking a team because that is all we have got,” manager Neal Ardley told the club’s official website.
“We have players coming back, but the boys did very well on Tuesday so there will be some problems picking the team.
“That is what we want during January. I want to have players knocking on my door because they are playing well and they cannot get into the team and not just be picking players because we have no other options.
“It is something we are working towards and hopefully we will get there.”
Emmanuel Adebayor said Clint Dempsey “showed Tottenham the way” as his equalising goal inspired Andre Villas-Boas’ side to a crucial 2-1 win over Stoke City on Sunday.
