Finchley ABC boxer Mo Gharib has a second professional fight to look forward to at York Hall next month.

The 25-year-old won a London Elite title during his time as an amateur with Finchley, and also won his on his pro debut in December.

The lightweight faced off against Andy Harris, with Gharib able to record a points victory at York Hall.

Gharib returns to that venue on February 16 on a joint-promotion between Hayemaker and Goodwin to take on Jamie Speight.

The 25-yrar-old will be looking to build on a strong amateur career that began at All Stars ABC as an eight-year-old.

Gharib’s first amateur fight came at the age of 14 and the lightweight boxed 90 times over the next 10 years for four clubs across north London.

It was with Finchley, though, that Gharib took part in most of his bouts during his days as an amateur boxer.

The 25-year-old will be hoping for more success next month.
