Wales manager Chris Coleman believes that Tottenham winger Gareth Bale has the ability to play for Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The 23-year-old inspired the Dragons to victory against Scotland in the Battle of Britain and his manager could not help but sing his praises.
“Gareth wouldn’t be fazed by moving to Real Madrid, Barcelona or any other top club in the world,” Coleman said.
“It’s not easy moving to another country or culture, but he has the character to handle that. He’s young and has it all in front of him.”
Tottenham’s Andros Townsend says he has learned valuable lessons during his stellar loan spell with QPR – and he is keen to impress Spurs’ coaches again today when he faces Liverpool at Anfield.
