It took in some key sites including the Decca recording studios in Broadhurst Gardens, the Billy Fury mural in Billy Fury Way and the Pizza Express building which is reportedly going to become a Waitrose.
Virginia Berridge, chair of the WHAT committee, said: “We saw a mixture of the history of the area and also the recent developments WHAT has been connected with in various ways.”
West Hampstead Library is holding an exhibition on the history of WHAT, with information about what the organisation has achieved in the last 40 years.
It opens on October 7 and will run for six weeks.
