There will be no trains between South Tottenham and Barking all weekend on the Overground, and no service on most of the Northern line either, due to engineering works.
The Victoria and Piccadilly lines are running as normal but on the Overground’s Gospel Oak to Barking line, there will be no service between South Tottenham and Barking all weekend. Valid rail tickets will be accepted on rail replacement buses, stopping at South Tottenham, Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow Queen’s Road, Walthamstow Central, Leyton Midland Road, Leytonstone High Road, Wanstead Park, Woodgrange Park and Barking.
Buses will replace the Northern line Tube service along the entire line except for the stations south of Stockwell and north of Golders Green on the Edgware branch.
Five replacement bus services will run for the Northern line: Service A stopping at High Barnet, Totteridge & Whetstone, Woodside Park, North Finchley (Tally Ho Corner), and Arnos Grove to change onto the Piccadilly line; Service B from Finchley Central to East Finchley, Highgate, Archway, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Camden Town and King’s Cross St Pancras; Service C from Mill Hill East to Finchley Central, West Finchley, North Finchley (Tally Ho Corner) and Arnos Grove to change onto the Piccadilly line; Service E from Finchley Road for the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines to Golders Green, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Chalk Farm, Camden Town, Mornington Crescent and Euston; and Service G from Stockwell to Oval, Kennington and Elephant & Castle.
Other Overground closures include no northbound service from Clapham Junction to Wandsworth Road on Sunday until 8.15am.
The 7.20am and 7.50am trains from Clapham Junction to Highbury & Islington will start from Battersea Park instead, at 7.22am and 7.52am respectively, calling next at Wandsworth Road and then all stations to Highbury & Islington. Southbound services are unaffected. Valid rail tickets will be accepted on Southern services between Battersea Park and Clapham Junction and on local buses between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Road via all reasonable routes.
There is also no service on Sunday between Shepherd’s Bush and Willesden Junction until 12.30pm due to engineering work. Valid rail tickets will be accepted on bus route 220 between Shepherd’s Bush Green and Willesden Junction, and bus route 228 between Shepherd’s Bush station and Willesden Junction.
Still on the Overground, there is no service between Gunnersbury and Camden Road via West Hampstead on Sunday morning, until 12.30pm. Valid rail tickets will be accepted on replacement bus services.
On the Hammersmith & City line, there is no service between Liverpool Street and Barking all weekend. Replacement buses operate.
On the District line, there is no service between Tower Hill and West Ham all weekend. Replacement buses operate.
