Alexandra Palace is getting ready to host its first fireworks display in four years - and earlybirds can get specially discounted tickets.
The popular event will return with a bang on Saturday, November 2, complete with family funfair, a buzzing street food village and a German bier festival in the Great Hall.
Families will also be able to take advantage of a limited number of specially priced Guy Fawkes Night ice skating tickets at £5 per skater, including skate hire.
And the display promises not to disappoint: it is being put on by Star Fireworks, recently crowned 2013 British Firework Champions.
Alexandra Palace chief executive Duncan Wilson said: “I am delighted to announce the return of Alexandra Palace’s firework display in the park’s 150th year.
“Alexandra Palace’s fireworks were one of London’s most popular Guy Fawkes Night events and I know both local people and those from all over London will welcome their return.”
Gates will open at 2pm.
Tickets bought before Sunday, October 27, will cost £4 for children 10 and over and £6 for adults.
Standard tickets will be available from October 27 until midday on Saturday, November 2, costing £5.50 for children 10 years and over and £8 for adults, with a limited number of tickets available at the venue from midday costing £7 for children and £10 for adults.
Adults are permitted to bring a maximum of five children under the age of 10 for free.
Tickets are available from www.backwithabang.com, on 020 3390 0150 or at Alexandra Palace’s ice rink during operating hours.
