The number of council properties sold in Camden and Haringey in the last year has been revealed.
According to the Department for Communities and Local Government data, 126 Camden Council homes were sold between autumn 2015 and autumn 2016.
Of those sales, 114 were sanctioned through the Right to Buy scheme.
In Haringey, meanwhile, 143 properties were sold by the council – all of them through Right to Buy.
Between 2014 and 2015, Camden Council sold more properties than this year – 146 – but between 2006 and 2014, only 179 were sold in total.
The figures – which were released on Thursday – show a similarly recent rise in Haringey, where 218 council properties were sold between 2014 and 2015 but only 526 in the eight-year period between 2006 and 2014.
In Barnet, the figures have declined this year – from 123 between 2014 and 2015 to 76 between 2015 and 2016.
As with Camden and Haringey, recent figures are much higher than the eight years between 2006 and 2014, when just 196 council properties were sold in Barnet.
A total of 57 council properties were sold by Brent Council between 2015 and 2016, with 78 between 2014 and 2015.
From 2006 to 2014, however, 372 were sold.
