Mystery surrounds the death of a well-known pub landlord after he was found dead this morning in Camden Town.

Mick Doheny, of the World’s End pub, was discovered by police lying unconscious in Pratt Street.

Paramedics treated him at the scene, but he was pronounced dead at 4.50am.

He had been chairman of the Camden Inner London Licensing Association.

A woman was arrested a short time later and released without being charged. Police are treating the death as “unexplained”.
