Sainsbury’s staff from Golders Green have launched a year of fundraising for a charity nominated by customers.

Staff from the store in Finchley Road visited the in-patient unit run by North London Hospice in Finchley to mark the start of their 12 months of fundraising after customers picked the charity as the store’s nominated charity.

Bill Derrick, store manager, said: “We’ve had a great response from our customers this year. We’re delighted to have chosen a charity which touched many of our colleagues’ hearts.”
