Three men have been arrested and charged in connection with a string of moped robberies in Hampstead and the Suburb.

Corrie Moroney, 22, of Wedmore Street, Upper Holloway, Alan Fitzgerald, 20, of Pollard Close, Holloway, and Ellis Parkinson, 20, of no fixed abode, appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday. They were each charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit robbery between February 28 and June 21, in connection with 12 incidents.

Moroney faced a second charge of wounding and Parkinson is accused of a further offence of robbery.

All three were remanded into custody ahead of their next court appearances.
