Police are investigating after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in the neck in Paddington last night.

The incident took place at 7pm near South Wharf Road and a 15-year-old boy has been arrested.

The victim is expected to make a full recovery.

It is believed the suspect and victim knew each other and neither is a Westminster resident or goes to school in the borough.

Police believe the incident is not gang related.
