A teenager is fighting for his life after being stabbed in King’s Cross last night.

Police found the 18-year-old after being called to York Way at 10pm. Scotland Yard said this morning his injuries were life-threatening.

A group of people were seen running away from the scene and police are now trying to track them down.

They also implemented a section 60 order until 6am this morning, giving them additional stop and search powers in the N1, WC1, EC1 and NW1 postcode areas.

Anyone who witnessed the stabbing or who has information can call police on 101 quoting CAD 7897 of September 4.
