Martyn Dodgson, 41, of Well Road, Hampstead, Andrew Hind, 52, of Princess Avenue, Muswell Hill, and Iraj Parvizi, 47, of Hamilton Terrace, Maida Vale, were arrested in 2010.

The investigation, codenamed Operation Tabernula, was the largest and most complex ever conducted into insider dealing by the Financial Services Authority.

Dodgson was working as a corporate adviser at the time of his arrest, while Hind was a director of Deskspace Offices.

Along with private stockbroker Ben Anderson, 68, of Leigh Court Close, Cobham, and jeweller Richard Baldwin, 46, of Woodgate, Norwich, they have been charged in connection with an alleged conspiracy to insider deal from November 2006 to March 2010. The trial is due to last three months.
