A former political heavyweight and his comedian daughter are appearing to raise money for a young people's charity.
In Conversation with Alastair Campbell and Grace Campbell will take place at LABS House, Bloomsbury Way, tomorrow (May 9) from 7pm to 9pm.
Alastair will talk about his career as a journalist, becoming Tony Blair's director of communications and then author, broadcaster and podcaster, while Grace will discuss her experiences as a comedian and her book Amazing Disgrace: A Book About Shame.
The event is the last public engagement for Mayor of Camden Cllr Nazma Rahman, who will be stepping down as Mayor of Camden this month.
All the money raised will be added to the final fundraising total for the Mayor’s chosen charity, Young Camden Foundation.
Tickets cost £20 and are available on Eventbrite.
Anyone who wants to extend support to the Mayor’s charity can do so by donating at her JustGiving page.
The foundation provides support and services to children and young people.
