Stojan "Steve" Popovic
Stojan "Steve" Popovic died peacefully in London on the 5th of February, aged 76. As the former owner of the Coffee Cup, he had many friends in Hampstead and was a frequent patron of The Flask. He will be missed by his wife Ana and his 4 children. We welcome any of his friends over the years to the funeral, which will be at Golders Green Crematorium (East Chapel) on Tuesday 14th February, at 10.30 am. I’m so sorry to read this. It’s been many, many years since I lived in Hampstead and frequented the Coffee Cup. I remember Steve fondly. A great host. Another of Hampstead’s well regarded fixtures. My deepest condolences to family and friends. . RIP lovely man.
