Arsenal extended their unbeaten run to 13 matches in all competitions with a routine win at Molineux.

Wolves had started brightly but were quickly shot down when Eduardo pressured Ronald Zubar into putting through is own net before the Croatia international's cheeky log deflected off Jody Craddock to make it 2-0 to the visitors.

Cesc Fabregas finished off a beautifully constructed move to add a third before the break and Andrey Arshavin continued the onslaught to make it 4-0 with more than 20 minutes remaining.

Wolves netted a consolation when Craddock headed home a minute from time, but it was academic as the Gunners secured their third away win of the campaign.

"We have scored three against Tottenham, four against Alkmaar and four again

today. We have scored 36 goals in the league," said Arsene Wenger.

"That is not a coincidence. We can score goals. I feel as though we have a good balance between offensive and defence."

The Arsenal manager said his side are in a much stronger position than 12 months ago.

"We just want to strengthen our belief. The most important factor is we play for each other as we do. We have to focus on our performance and continue to develop our style of play.

"We were out of it (the title race) last year after we lost five games in 14.

"Two years ago, though, we were close to winning it, people forget that. We will keep our humility and play our game."

Wolves boss Mick McCarthy, who is facing a long relegation battle, shrugged: "We won't be judged on games against Arsenal.
